@Godzhur its like that in the beginning, and money can stay tight if you don't take over any businesses. but once you have a lot of them taken over, the money you get from them every day really makes up for the low pay you get in the storyline missions. The only gta where i found money to be really tight most of the time was VC.
The problem in this game is that the time they give you for certain missions is too short, like the mission with vance the damage goes up way too fast when you're getting shot at compared to the other games.
A man this mission is hard, and plus, the fire truck for you was in front of the building. I gotta go ALLL THE WAY DOWN THE STREET! WTH/F thats not fair y does that happen
It's best to get a firetruck prior to this mission from the Downtown fire station and park it across the house, then you don't need to chase one and it saves more time.
Lol, is it me, or is all this time Vic making minimum vage? For Christ's sake, the most he made per mission was $500.

It's Vice City Stories, not Vice City. The character you play is Vic Vance, Lance Vance's brother.

I read the trick was to push the cars out of the way first, so they can explode away from the building.
