Hi holyhellaflyingturd. I don't think it's cancer what u have .. Cancer is not connected with any amall tubes to it as you said . I think what you have is normal . But if you feel any changes .. Don't wait and go to the doctor . Even it's nothing to worry about it will make u feel better ..

I have a small,slippy, flat, sort-of squishy lump on the bottom of my right testicle and it has some small tubes connected to it if I feel hard enough, I personally doubt it cancer, but I can't be sure, can somebody tell me if this is normal or if they feel a similar thing. I found it a few Days ago, but I don't know how long it has been their for.

Right now, I'm not going to go to the Doctors, but if it grows or moves, then I'll go, but so far it's not changed.

@SuperKingjack1 best thing to do is go to a urologist. seriously. Ask for a sonogram. Make sure you look on the internet on google for what a testicular mass could be. If you know something that sounds the same from what you read you can help the doctor find a way to help fix that :P remember testicular mass.

@javinge i'm having some serious problems with my spermatocele, they say 1 in 3 men have it. mine appeared when i was about 15 and i'm 20 now, it's gone all these years with no pain, but over the last week, the pain has came back, and it feels horrible. i'm looking for natural remedies, but can't find any. i was hoping some change in diet could reduce the size. but it is gettign seriously painful, i just can't risk surgery because i'm young, and don't want complications with fertillity

I know exactly what you're talking about! I found the same thing back in high school and had it examined. It's called a spermatocele. It's usually not cancerous and you don't need to worry about it if it isn't causing you any pain. However, if it keeps growing or you are still worried you can have it checked out by a Urologist. You can read about it at the Mayo Clinic website or just do a google search. Best of luck!
