Just went back to do this one for kicks after playing a lot of MW2, and you DO have to do the one in Blackout, if you didn't do it in your original run through the game - you have to do Blackout, and let Charlie Don't Surf load straight after completing the level, you can't save and quit after doing the one in the shack at the start. Went through CDS 5 times and shot every one in this guide, didn't unlock. Did Blackout on Easy, did CDS straight after, worked fine. Hope this helps everybody.....

me to the rescue i suppose......its only on the charlie dont surf mission you need to destroy all the tvs... there are a few before you get to the broadcasting station ( in buildings etc) you also have to get them and all tvs in the station as well.

Just so everyone knows, there's actually a third tv in the room before the newsroom that an enemy shot for him. Just make sure you confirm 5 busted tvs before entering the newsroom.
