Is Maybelline Line Stietto a good liquid eye liner? I've been reading some reviews and people have been saying that it drys up quickly and that it is almost see through and doesnt work well. It looks good and dark on the video but i just would like to know what you thought? :-)

I think applying eyeliner in Arabic-style looks much nicer on people who have bigger eyes. I have very small eyes, and making the eyeliner too thick looks horrible on me :( . Or maybe I've just been applying it incorrectly. -__- . Wish I had pretty eyes like you =)
