mine will do this from the factory, mine is all stock, and it runs perfrct in this same situation. exept for when the neighborhood fat kid is on the back and wants to go boggin. we went boggin for sure. just cuz the intake went under for over 3 seconds, any less and she would have been good

Trikes were bred back when if you wanted a killer mod, you went out and made it yourself. If it was good, you made a few more and sold em out of your shop. You didn't order everything off the internet, you had to know what you were doing. The 80s were literally the golden years of ATVs.

Sweet little S model though, I pulled alongside one on my 84 200es, and the little S looked TINY!

@allejake260 its called fresh air intake system, kawasaki introduced it first but honda refined it, the airbox is under the seat but has a tube going through the frame to above the gas tank. i know my trikes lol

The air intake is under the gas tank toward the handle bars, it is actually part of the frame. And the air filter is under the seat in a water tight box.
