you know what I've noticed, every time a park gets a new ride that was just moved from another park, they act like its the first of its kind. Just like how they did for Fire Hawk at King's Island, when it used to be X-flight at Geauga Lake. Very weird i might add.But this is probably the first so not for this, but others.

This roller coaster is fucking amazing!!!!...I went on it just two weeks after it came debuted in April...You do experience gray outs or in my case a minor blackout where i felt like i was having an out of body experience...this is a must try and actually one of the few FUN roller coasters...

I've ridden it over spring break, and i got a necklace to prove it, and it was so fun because the drop is actually like that of the drop zone. the rest is extremely bumpy. the fun part was at the beginning when the announcer yelled, "DRIVERS START YUR ENGINES!!" and we kinda took off. but other than that, the Intimidator is faster than the griffon and in my opinion ties with the kingda ka.

The only similar thing about Intimidator305 and Millennium Force is their elevator lift and some of the turns.

If you think about it, the parks are fucking far away. Different people will go to those parks, so of course they have to have some of the same stuff ANYWAY.

At Carowinds which is close to where I live we have a new ride coming this month called the Intimidator. It's the tallest, fastest, and longest in the whole SouthEast. Kings Dominion and Carowinds are owed by the same people.

Personally, if I had a choice on how I died, it would definitely be on a roller coaster, because everyone wants their last moments of existence to be happy ones, so I'd say yes to death via roller coaster. No, they still have to set up the electrical equipment, get the spool hooked up to the motor, get the cable on the spool and on the lift, and get a ton of other things done. The track is all in place, but more things are to be done first.

It's clearly an elevator lift. Looks sick. havent been to that park in over 10 years im definately going this year. Why would you say no air time? there are clearly a few spots in this ride where there will be plenty of airtime. I just hope it's as smooth as millenium force.

There seems to be a common thread with most of the animations of coasters that are unde construction. I'm not just talking about the more recent videos either. The common thread linking all animated videos going as far back as when the Voyage was being built was that the rides was "Lame", "looks slow", or "looks stupid". The funny thing about that is after the coasters open, peoples minds suddenly change, almost like a light switch in most cases. I'm waiting to pass judgement till after I ride

i think knoebles' is under rated for how well they keep up with the rides and park knoebles' will be the wooden roller coaster capitol shortly once there new one of a kind wooden coaster finally opens. that park alone is better than hershey and kings dominion.

I think you're wrong. At SFA, Superman coaster makes a sharp bank to the right after the drop and pulls alot of g's.... Think about coming off a 305ft drop and making that banked turn? You're going to feel ever positive g.

This ride is all about speed, which is why it's themed with Dale Earnhardt... I'll bet this coaster will maintain at least 65mph throughout.

Besides, none of us will know until we actually ride it. El Toro didn't look that hot in the POV vid, but it's badass!!

I'd give it 7/10 because the turns are probably going to hurt like a mother F*CKER, hell the drop will be the best part of the ride, though I am not a big Millennium Force fan, I'd that Millennium of this any day. IntimiLAMEr seems to die down as soon as it gets out of the first airtime hill. But the general public will eat this ride up because its tall, so thats what really matters to King's Dominion.

This coaster is in a much smaller, compact space than Millenium Force. I think the park had a space constraint.... My opinion.

Millenium Force cost 25 million in 2000, it would probably cost 30 million today to build. In other words, I think they're getting less coaster for the same money.
