Thanks you. I am from Hawaii and find it interesting the different animals that people from different cultures. A few hundred years ago people in parts of Europe ate Swans and peacocks. I don't understand why they stopped, or, why there are trends for eating certain animals? Perhpas when they become endangered~ Have a good day, oh, and btw, we have Wallabees here on O'ahu. No, don't eat them though; some cultures here do eat dogs. Just can't think about it>:

Yes, kangaroo meat is edible and is served in selected restaurants in Australia. I believe special breeds of kangaroos are farmed for meat.
