  • 3-4 days in reception, my ass! My little brother did 10, my best friend did 12 and my other best friend did 12...I'm gonna go ahead and just expect at least 10 days in reception.

  • 50,000 soldiers are getting cut. So some of you fags aren't getting in....

  • Its really nothing like this video, they dont show the hard stuff you do and they dont show the bullshit that happens. I just graduated last week from Infantry OSUT at Benning. Sand Hill was no joke

  • they make it look so gay

  • I ship out in 5 weeks. Hooaaah!

  • what careers are there for enlisted women? i want to fight not stay back and make cookies

  • @purelife689 you could go 68W combat medic, and possibly be attached to a combat unit. You might see some action there, and also, some injuries. Women are barred from combat mos's - doesn't mean they can't see action. Check out 88m - motor transport operator too..

  • @SummerGameProject thats what i was looking at earlier but then it seemed like i would just be transporting the troops that would see all the good stuff, then i looked into air and missle defense crewmember and that seems more interesting

  • @purelife689 88m is not necessarly ALL transporting troops, i recommended it as you might and probably would get to be the .50 cal gunner. Yeah look into the air missle defense mos. I'm looking into 25b Information Tech. Oh actually, if you want to see combat you should go 31b - military police. I know for a fact females aren't excluded in that mos and they do see alot of action overseas. Good luck in whatever u choose let me know if u have any questions I know alot on the Army :P

  • @SummerGameProject

Hey I was wondering if 25q see alot of combat?

  • @SummerGameProject sweet and theyre arent really any reqirements for military police right? like i wouldnt have to go to college or anything extra?

  • @purelife689 not at all lol. unless, you have a ged, then you need 15 credits of college to enter the army. You could join the guard with a ged, but not the army right now.

  • No more bayonet training in BCT

  • I'm considering joining now, but I'm looking at the Army and the Air Force. Army was my first choice, but Air Force looks good too. Anybody have any insight here?

  • @redgalaxy4 It's all on what you'd like to do, buddy.

  • @deguimerautube Now I'm 25, and I want to give this some thought before I sign up, but I don't want to wait too long, because I feel like, 25 is already an unusual age, so I have to act fast because 26 seems like it might be more unusual. What do you think?

  • @redgalaxy4 I get what you're saying, when I was in Marine Corps boot, we had a guy in our platoon we called POPS, and he was 26... BUT when I was getting processed in, I was with people that were joining the Army ages 35-43; no joke.

It depends on what you want to do, if you want Special Forces, a little age is good, they want older people. Average SF age is 30 years old.

I'm going Army soon, the only thing I regret is not doing it earlier. I would have been so much further along by now.

  • @redgalaxy4 Now I'm not talking to you like if I was a recruiter, I'm talking to you like someone that cares about your future, because I was there once too...

I looked at it not just for the pride, but for the benefits... Monthly pay, marriage pay, dependants, seperation pay, schooling pay (Seperate from the GI Bill), free career training, housing pay, retirement pay, life insurance, full medical and full dental for you AND your family... I tried to find that somewhere else, but good luck.

  • im gonna join the army. Looks like ill probably be going to Fort Knox for training.

  • i go to fort knox may 5th...19delta Cav scout

  • leaving for fort sill 20100113 Mos 25B

  • oh nice. i just joined leaving 20092209

  • yea im 14 but i am already gonna join the army cause my mom works 4 FT.CAMPBELL and my step-dad was a specialist at FT.BENNING

  • your joining at 14? not sure if thats possible. or you have decided to join when you are able to?

  • no m joining when i am able to

  • ... he is saying he knows that he is going to join the army....

  • hate to break your heart..but you can not join till the age of 17 and that is with parent consent..So stick to your call of duty for another 3 years then hit up the army

  • "92r... leave fort jackson bct 20092804... any advice"

  • Join the Marines.

  • boot camp sucks!!!...but its all worth it when you graduate

  • for you why was it all worth it. everyone knows to expect the worse did u? Was it as bad as u thought it would be?

  • OUTSTANDING!
