thats right, i lived in naples for 5 years. where they are showing there is an area called secondigliano which is a giant, open-air drug market. the whole town basically is run by drugs. it has about 200 000 inhabitants and the drug trade actually gives a whole lot of them jobs in a town where there is no work.

Its a good film, i really recommend to watch it!!! It impacted me in a very serious way! You would never think that in Europe, in 21st century you can have this type of life going on, its like going back in time or looking at a film about an ex-soviet block country, but no, its Europe, 2008. No entiendo por qué el tráiler dice "basado en una novela de Roberto Saviano". Quien haya leído el libro de Saviano sabe que no es una novela, sino un libro de investigación periodística. Ni tiene la trama de una novela, ni los personajes son de novela, al contrario. Es pura realidad rigurosamente reconstruida y documentada. Otra vez el márketing cinemátográfico distorsionando la realidad de un libro sensacional...
