this vid is so smart. it makes me want to start living a healthy lifestyle now. Before my psoriasis appeared, i been living a bad lifestyle, i dont eat healthy, rarely eat any fruits...dont drink water ... only a sip... .. had bad acne.. dehydrated... I used to be oily skin, but now i am totally dry skin. I have myself to blame, now i want to change my lifestyle and eat healthy!
