Nice sleeving! Dont really like the red/pink sleeving though, I went with white in my build, I have a cosmos S as well and I love it for cable management and space, I got rid of the 200mm fan though and put in a window.

Take the HD cage out, pull the pins, change fan, push pins back in and rassemble HD cage. Its simple as that.

There are special channels that are molded into the chassis for cables to be routed in. If you dont follow them then yes the panel wont fit.

between those 3 cases, the cosmos s is the quietest. Antec 1200 and stacker 832 have way more fans.

well i have a Q6600 GO, but i been thinking about getting the Q9450 or Q6700, but not sure what i want right now. I know the Q9450 can run on air cool up the 3.6GHZ, but that's all that it can do. as for the q6700 i can OC it up to 4GHZ EZ with water cooling. + I wanna go to water cool by the summer.. YEa dont go from a Q6600 to a 9450 or Q6700. I have a Q6600 at 3.6 GHZ doesn't go above 60c prime 95 stable. But I have a scythe copper ninja (doesnt look as good but cools like no other). O that clock is on x38 ddr3 1333 ram.
