Just wanted to clear some things up. Here's my regiment. Monday - Tricep/Chest/Shoulder Tuesday - Bicep/Back Wednesday - Legs/Abs/Jog Thursday - Tricep/Chest/Shoulder Friday - Bicep/Back Saturday - Legs/Abs/Jog Sunday - Jog/Resistance Training. How long is a good workout? Because mine only last 50 minutes to 1 hour? if you just want plain size in your legs, then the leg press is good for really building up your thighs, which will obviously give you most the size if you work hard at it. but like cliffjumper11 said yeah squats/lunges as well cos they're a good all rounder especially for functional strength.
@FrostyByte the extreme 60 (i mentioned above) will help you gain lean muscle because theres only 280 calories. weigh isolate (fat-free) helped me actually gain definition..take it as a post workout.
Cont. You should try casein for before bed if you are trying to maintain weight or Amp MASS XXX if u want size. Based on your workout and a good tweak on your diet and supplements, you could be gaining 2-3 pounds per week. I personally gaining 20 lbs in 2 months no problem! Keep up the good work!

i started off with 8 minute abs etc now im doing abs every other day with a guy who is training me outside of the gym. i cant give you the exercises because its practically impossible to type...more of a monkey see monkey do kind of exercise

i say Congrats...but at the end of the day if you dont have a good body in youyr late teens and early twenties...God help you by the time you reach 30 +
keep the reps for from ranging from 12 to 2 on chest..laddering from 12,10,8,6,4-2, 8, then failure...three sets of failure on any other exercise...for back i like the reps ranging from 15 to 8..one warm-up/definition set and 2 work sets...arms typically range from 15 to 8 as well for a good pump.
the ones i do the most often are: bench press, incline, chain dips (through the chains over your neck to bring you more parellel to the floor working more lower chest), one i call the half-n-half but its very simple basically just take a bench and make it a slight incline but not like you normally would. then it works half your incline chest and half of the middle. and cable flyes...those are some of the more basic ones i like.
u might be basing ur diet on too much supplements, u can get all this naturally by food. people take supplements because they dont eat correctly. i use the wheyabolic before and after workouts for recovery.
i dont do that much cardio because im trying to gain...just keep the reps from 15 to 25 on ab exercises and do them slow. but 15 to 30 min. of cardio does help
i agree on your take on natural looks...but the supplements i use such as the pre workouts are directed towards helping concentrate on getting the weight up rather than getting phenomenal gains like what pro hormones or steroids would give you.

guys to gain muscles you don't need to rely too much on proteins. you need carbs too. carbs will trigger your insulin level and insulin is very important to shuttle aminos into the muscles.
listen bud. i know meals should be 2/3rds carbs 1/3 protein. but for guys with high metabolism (like me) we take the protein shake to go to bed before we go to bed to try and gain weight. dont tell me to eat more carbs calories and all that crap. because im eating 10,000 calories a day and have barely gained any weight. therefore. some people do need to rely on proteins. and yes, carbs are essential as well. so cut the crap.

keep the reps for from ranging from 12 to 2 on chest..laddering from 12,10,8,6,4-2, 8, then failure...three sets of failure on any other exercise...for back i like the reps ranging from 15 to 8..one warm-up/definition set and 2 work sets...arms typically range from 15 to 8 as well for a good pump.

the ones i do the most often are: bench press, incline, chain dips (through the chains over your neck to bring you more parellel to the floor working more lower chest), one i call the half-n-half but its very simple basically just take a bench and make it a slight incline but not like you normally would. then it works half your incline chest and half of the middle. and cable flyes...those are some of the more basic ones i like.

how bout giving urslef three 1 day breaks instead of one 3 day reast you know.
what ever works for you man.

u might be basing ur diet on too much supplements, u can get all this naturally by food. people take supplements because they dont eat correctly. i use the wheyabolic before and after workouts for recovery.

i eat 4 to 5 square meals a day plus the protein shake....ive found that a meal with whey isolate works great

i dont do that much cardio because im trying to gain...just keep the reps from 15 to 25 on ab exercises and do them slow. but 15 to 30 min. of cardio does help

i agree on your take on natural looks...but the supplements i use such as the pre workouts are directed towards helping concentrate on getting the weight up rather than getting phenomenal gains like what pro hormones or steroids would give you.

But:please dont hide your legs with those ugly bahama shorts, just slip into some nice briefs and show your legs flexing stretching and relaxing their muscles (show whole figure from top to sole just in briefs and do some flexing: its the whole body which makes most impression!!) thanks!

Yo i see youre doing biceps a day b4 triceps. I have heard if you do biceps before triceps you dont get the full extension because your biceps are swollen from the day b4. maybe switch those up may notice a difference i have..

tigermancall - not sure why you have to question what this guy is doing? he apparently is doing a damn good job. look at all the positive comments he's getting. and i know that he reviews all supplements before taking them. as for saying he is going to take steroids, i guess you predict the future as well? if anything, you should be positive towards people you don't know. btw - where the hell are your videos?

guys to gain muscles you don't need to rely too much on proteins. you need carbs too. carbs will trigger your insulin level and insulin is very important to shuttle aminos into the muscles.

listen bud. i know meals should be 2/3rds carbs 1/3 protein. but for guys with high metabolism (like me) we take the protein shake to go to bed before we go to bed to try and gain weight. dont tell me to eat more carbs calories and all that crap. because im eating 10,000 calories a day and have barely gained any weight. therefore. some people do need to rely on proteins. and yes, carbs are essential as well. so cut the crap.
