We Muslims from all over the world love Iranian Muslim people and we love the Islamic republic of Iran Just the way we love Pakistan, Egypt, Turkey, Indonesia and every other Islamic country. We will fight for Iran and we will die for Iran because it is our sister Islamic state. We Muslims need Iran more than anything else in the world to fight oppression and occupation. While I agree with the premise that something needs to be done to address much of the injustice inflicted upon the Palestinians. This is not a Muslim issue. This is a political issue. The average Muslim in Iran has no stronger obligation to this situation than I do as an atheist in Canada. There is enough blame to go around on this one.

I would add that it is not useful and probably harmful to draw allegiances with our religious affiliations. Humans should seek solidarity with other humans on the basis of our humanity. It is this religious identification which is the essence of the Zionist movement and source of much conflict in the world (i.e. Kashmir region between Pakistan and India etc...).
