@stupidugly127 "1 litre of tears" is a good drama. The film "Taiyou no uta" (with Yui) is great too but I think that it isn't very sad. The drama "14 Sai no haha" is sad and cute too and the end is happy ^^.

I also know 2 sad korean drama : "I am sorry but I love you" and "Sad love story"

I love Hana Yori Dango (because I love the story, I started obsessing over the Taiwanese version first, then the Japanese, now the Korean!), I cried my eyes out during 'Absolute Boyfriend', just to warn you all !!! But the main character bothered me because she is just a little too clueless and doesn't show enough love I tried watching Yukan Club because Jin Akanishi is in it but it bored me. I love Gokusen but it was very repetitive, I also watched it because of the cute guys ^^
