Yeah I agree, i was trying to get a finish with a lot of eye-candy but it was sorta OTT in the end. TBH my new design has changed a lot since then and the MK2 will be a big improvement with built in joystick, lit marquee and charging dock. I will of course tone down the graphics too. Stay tuned.
how you can use the arcade stick because i put on in my ipad 2 with wiimote and imame4all freeze, not freeze at all but stick its allways like i press and hold down i can used with all others emaularor for nes snes etc.
not sure whats going wrong but try get the wii remote working on its own 1st, then plug in the stick see if that helps. I have had no problems at all and it just works every time.
Just built my android tablet version using the same fighter stick. I only made the cradle to hold the tablet on top of the controller with the same street Fighter marguee and same white color scheme. This is way its smaller and lighter and can be used as an arcade on your lap.
How did u print those decals and plly on the panel? are the 2 side panels screwed on with the controller? I just bought the same controller for $30 and putting together with my android tablet.
@marvny he used the Mad Katz Fighter stick for wiimote. You can get it for $25 now if u google it. The joystick is great cause it has a d-pad switch that u can use as 4-way for older games.
So based on this it might be possible to get a ps3 controller to work. I wish that apple would add this to the dev kits so we can play all the big name game loft titles with a real controller. Touch screen is good but they have a chance to make a fully modular portable consol killer. Dreams
@DrBukcake yes...thru bluetooth with a wiimote app...Android tablet uses the same app for android emulators for nes, snes, psx, neogeo, etc. With android u use those emulators without jailbreaking.
@ianwilson1978 yep took a while tbh and a great learning curve on illustrator but I have them all vectorised so can scale upto any size without loss :) roll on my next project
Cormano is totally the best character!
