  • @rasmusfalk it takes time for ur body to break down foods and get its nutrients to your muscles and you're limited on time after you work out, so you need a shake like this because your body can quickly get all the protein and carbs to your muscles.You're not tough because you decide to eat a meal after a workout when a smoothie like this is so much more beneficial.

  • @TheRocking89 ask the place you go to for "german grade" creatine. It's more pure and has less impurities.

  • Isn't it better in a fatloss state, to keep the insulin spike low, for a better anabolic fat burning window? So maybe it's better to eat less carbs post workout. Or only carbs with minimum insulin spike.

  • @belzebul of course you can, just watch what you eat and balace your food, do a lot of cardiovascular workout if you want to cut in fats, if you are more the skinny like try to eat more calories than what you need to maintain your boy weight.

  • This looks like a great shake but I'm not sure why Rob insists on using fruit sugars. Fructose is very ineffective as a fuel source and certainly isn't good for replenishing muscle glycogen. The puffed rice is a great idea though.

  • @CryptonLive so long as it fits ur caloric needs it should be fine, make sure ur total calories for the day arent too far above what you need, if lean bulking, only a few hundred calories over maintenance, anyway, it doesnt matter alot whether or not 2 meals are alot larger than the rest, so long as ur calories are correct it should be fine

    There's a difference between liquid and raw eggs, liquid eggs are digestible. Thus it's not a waste of money. Pasteurized egg whites are also tested for salmonella so there is no health risk. It's a good addition to a shake.

  • you re right about fructose being an easily digestible carb but actually fructose isn't high glycemic.(its around 45 in the GI chart) but ofc bananas melons grapes are high glycemic carbs

  • @kli1 to replenish the glycogen sores in your body and aid in muscle growth. It's basically he only time where sugars won't contribute to your fat cells
