You can sell the books to anyone that sells items in Skyrim, as long as they are able to purchase books (some blacksmiths only purchase weapons and armor).

lol theres another cool glitch tht i found out when u complete the dark brotherhood and get a contract from the night mother go to the guy who tells u who u have to kill press a on him till it says 800 gold added then back away and get close to him again and he will keep talking and he will say here take the gold and kill the guy and it will say 800 gold added again so in other words ur getting paid double for one contract :D

Best thing to do is get an amount of books you want and bring a follower with you drop the books either one at a time or a few and tell the follower to pick them up as it wont add to their carry weight then go to a store if you have a high speech and you levelled it up you have the option to spend 500 gold so the keeper can never run out of money

If you have a decent amount of stamina to carry large amounts of loot you'll have more than enough money from selling just items collected from dungeons. By level 30 i had over 200,000g. Only mages don't utilise large amounts of natural stamina but they can still create potions of strength to increase their stamina (and vicariously) weight capacity instead. levels 30+ the average ring/amulet sells for 300-600g and you can find 10+ at a time. More than you can ever sell without the speach perk.

I picked up a book called Red Eagle's Fury(or something like that) and was arrested shortly afterwards(I traveled to Whiterun and killed a guard). When I got out of jail I was over encumbered by almost 200 pounds. I found out the book had somehow duplicated, and I had 200 copies of it. :P

Yes, it does work on Xbox. I'm doing it now as I type this. Just hit A to search the skeleton, and then B to back out. When you hit A to search again, he'll have an additional copy of the book.

A good way to shift some of these books is find a trader selling something expensive you want, buy it and this gives the shop all the money from the trade then sell them the books. This way you get the item you want and don't have to pay for it providing you have enough of these books.
