No disrespect to Celine, but I think she's miming here. For some odd reason, a lot of her peformances sound identical but sound different to the original recordings. She definately has re-recorded some other songs for live performances to mime, there's proof and they do all sound identical, not to mention she always sings them perfectly. As well as that, this sounds identical to some other live performances and she has never sung that high note perfectly when it was actually live.
