Hey, I've been trying to find out for a while if there's a way to stream what's on my Tv on sites like Justintv and U stream using the Pinnacle video transfer, is this possible? If so could you please explain to me how?
i play mw2 alot and i would like something that records in good quality and something that doesnt need me to play whilst connected to the computer so could i use this to record my call of duty gameplays and transfer this to a usb flash drive and then edit on my computer..wat advice do u give me???
ive got this, was going to use it with xbox 360...you cannot use a direct hdmi cable so im using the xbox hd cable(the one with 6 audio video connections)...unfortunatley the video quality/graphics are immediatley noticeable,so much so i blame this for me getting my ass handed to me on mw2 on afghan, wont be using it again, currently trying to find out if i can just record what is on my tv without losing quality.
simple and logical. Depending on what you use to watch live TV, you can use a splitter of any kind whether it be, cable to composite, or composite to composite. It's not impossible, if that's what your trying to say, and its fairly simple. What do you mean by "there's no cables"?
How do you get this PVT to work when the PS2, Xbox 360 etc. is connected via an A/V Receiver (Denon AVR-2805) which uses component cables (RGB) to connect to the HDTV? The PVT does not recognize the signal from the OUTPUT port (VCR-1 OUTPUT) in the receiver where the PS2 S-video cable is plugged in to the VCR-1 INPUT port. HELP!!!
The Video Transfer device will auto-detect what device you have hooked up and select the appropriate bitrates. When you plug in your PSP, all quality settings will be at 320×240 resolution and run from 512 kbps to 768kbps to 1 Mbps depending on the mode you choose. If youre using a flash drive, though, youll choose between 320×240, 640×480, and 720×480. Those 3 settings are the good, better and best settings.

I believe you need to activate the USB connection on the PSP and it will automatically drop it in the video folder. Also, the Video Transfer will automatically read that it is recording to a PSP and put it in the proper mpeg-4 format for the PSP. I hope this helps.
maybe but if he needs to finish watching is race and it's a live race how the fuck will he watch the rest of the race. It does'nt make any sens! does it?

so can this go from like a tv to your computer?
myspaceforever 3 years ago
To capture TV to your computer it would be better to use one of the PCTV HD Pro or Dazzle Platinum Plus products.
The Video Transfer is designed for use without a computer.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
