@hzsandman308 Mine is still going after a couple of years. Maybe variability in build quality is a problem for them? Don't know about customer service. Haven't had to use it.

i want to buy one but detect this robots always traps? i got a f*cking high trap so if the robot get on my trap i can bury him :p
