  • Good song - Enjoyed. Why wasn't Mike playing the mandolin? HA! Gwen

  • I don't believe Mike had learned this one. Jim almost never plays it, so..Mike may never even had heard it before, being the young whipper snapper he is...lol..

  • Oops, forgot about those young whipper snappers. Gwen

  • @mountnmonkey Love your music what kind of fiddle do you play the brown fiddle is similar to what im looking for what is it wotth where are you located im near Kingston Ont. Canada

  • @glendanicol We're in West Virginia, USA. That's Jim playing the fiddle. He has several different fiddles, so I don't know which one this is. He loves and plays them all, and they range in value from a few dollars to several hundred. Some have no name or way of knowing who made them, or when. I do know that one of his favorites is a John Jusic, although I may be spelling the name incorrectly. Thanks for looking in...*ron

  • Hi Ron, Jim is showing his pleasure as usual, and so he should. Guess Mike is sulking and has taken his mandolin home. Sorry Mike. only joking. 5's from me. John. You guys are great.

  • lol!..I think Mike had only just put it the case to go home, when Jim thought of this old tune. I hadn't heard him play in a few years. he was always reluctant to play it because he doesn't think he doesn't think he plays it well enough...
