If you watch dogs outside, after they go to the toilet they often start wiping their feet, my mum used to get her feet and wipe them on the map and one day she must have forgot she wasnt outside and just did it, we made such a fuss over her that she just keeps doing it now.
A lot smarter than my kids too :o)
