Forest Snow is the 'genre' (you can see it written on the banner in katakana). Tsukiyuku ni Mau Hana no You ni is the title, which roughly translates to "Like a Flower Dancing in the Moonlit Snow" if I'm not mistaken.
It's exam period, so I haven't really had time to play (this vid was one I made a while ago but hadn't gotten around to uploading). And I might not have time for Pop'n after that either because I have some other things to do on the internet, RPGs to play and then IIDX Happy Sky comes out. But at the very least I will be back once Fever is released :)

Um... the translation is wrong and I know this because I know some japanese. tisuki means "moon" and
hana means "flower"..
