Interesting how much things changed during the 70s ...... the suggestive Badedas - "anything can happen after one" .... the bikini woman on the beach with the big wave .... "that night (the stewardess) took off with (the captain) - her feet haven't touched the ground since " !!!!!

Compare with the *very* naive and innocent 50s and 60s ads that are on here ...... what a change in one deacde !!

I love the Badedas ad. There is a camera shot of a horse and then the voice over says the bubble bath has extract of "horse chestnut" in it. Ummm!

My mum used to use "Silvercrin" hairspray on hers, which to besides making me cough like a mongoose it was great for igniting with a lighter and spraying 2 feet of flaming death towards anything i aimed it at...besides that you could spray this liquid plastic on anything and it would seal and encrust what was within in moments, why woman believed this was good for their hair... the power of advertising, sexy toothpaste gets you humped... yeah ultra bull, but we loved it.
