0:27 - 0:29 The drummer take care he pass the drum fill,He didn`t make it on the real drum. The camera goes to the drummer to catch how he make that fill,but he pass it,he don`t do it,but the drum fill sounds there, Something is wrong there,and it is not "lag" from the video with the audio.

As Madman noted, Bernard passed away from a nasty bout of pneumonia the next day or so. He does look a bit uncomfortable on his bass if you look closely.

Some people tend to pass this off as "disco". The way Bernard Edwards is playing is like "funk" to me, even though there's no hammering and plucking there. That's what makes him unique.
