My friend introduced me to this album in 1986 when I was in Holland. I loved it! I shared the copy I had with a friend and never got it back, bought another copy and got it stolen and now I've found it on amazon for $21.00. much, more than I paid for it back then. This time I am going to guard it with my life. Wally Badarou is a Genius.! This album makes you want to move every part of you being.
You had to play this song at all the Parties in Lagos Nigeria back then and the floor will be full to the brim in 2 seconds Flat!!, We danced it more the traditional highlife way with a Disco Twist....still do! (i wouldnt write how we sang along to it though, very offensive...lol, but we were young, what did we know....)
Souvenirs de mes longs voyages en car en partance pour ma ville natale. Le chauffeur mettait tout le temps ce tube. J'avais 10 ans environs..Hum! Merci bcp!
heard it first on a sailboat on lake norman in charlotte nc in 1988.... i fell in love with wally then and the love continues. nice island groove... great for sailing, sipping and skinnydipping. karuna speaks
Especially with a good set of headphones for a sonic eargasmic experience!
Thank You Wally!

One of my favorite dance songs of those days, even in L.A. I would love to see an 80's Lagos party video with this soundtrack! :)
