The diving shown in this video, while quite nice does not begin to compare with the amazing diving on Con Dao. It is not Sipidan, but without a doubt the best I have seen in Vietnam. We just came back from a week on the Island, went out with

This island was a prison and a grave yard of thousands of poltical prisoners (aka hell of earth) Now its a paradise for marine life luvers.
