I can't quite figure out Skelter Helter. Sometimes he's amazingly easy and I can beat him in just under a minute and sometimes he actually puts up a fight.

This is a good way to learn when and how Dark Step conventions work: you see omegaevolution stuck in a 'blocked' frame, with no animation, which gives you the room to execute the command.

However I can say you don't need to Dark Step Skelter Helter to get such a time. It just helps once you low combo his butt into oblivion.

Block an attack that's uncharged, then move left or right like, right after the block.

@Zanpakuto033 You can use the d-pad to roll RIGHT as you're about to get hit, or, more easily, as you block a blow, wiggle the thumb stick back and forth. The video shows the harder method I believe.

Don't try it on unblock-able attacks, the ones where the enemy gets a flash of light beforehand, it doesn't work.
