JD - I wonder if the DNA strap could be made into a wind spinner if suspended and connected to a, well, spinner. My Mom would just eat up several of these spinning in the wind! Have you or anyone tried this?

thats awesome. it reminds me of a technique i saw in once where you tie a standard single knot like you did at the beginning to make the loop, but then you pull the slack through the loop a enough to make another loop and then pull the slack through THAT loop, reapeat until all the rope is used up, and then u just pull the end to undo it. another way to store rope, and i did it a couple of times, so it looked like a jumbled mess, but came undone quickly and easily

But how can you make a belt for jeans or trousers, bout 1 1/2 inches wide, 40 inches long,

What kind of know would best, dont want a chunky thing

What about a pouch for a leatherman or other multi tool to go on the above belt (that would be an idea as well
