by that i mean, i don't want to shove the other clips out of place. because i am editing to a song to make a music video... i'm finding clips from different sources that work well on certain parts of the song. i wish they could just stay in those spots without getting shifted around EVERY TIME i add another clip. ughhhhhhh. pleeeeeease help. i'm going crazy. how can i add a video clip onto the timeline where i have clips on either end which are already in place without pushing those clips aside??? i'm thinking in the way Logic works. you can just drop a music clip into the timeline on Logic and the other parts just stay where they are on the timeline. can i do this in imovie??????????
