meh dont like logitech anymore i was solid to them until i had problems with my G5 laser mouse i actually had it replaced 2x... then i bought a new mouse Logitech G9 it had also problems with the laser mouse... sometimes it randomly stops working and DPI would go crazy... now i have a razer lachesis 3g... from now on i havent had problems for a year unlike logitech which has problems in about 6 mo.

I have one of these mice and also the earlier G5 .. and i always come back to the 518 its fits like a glove .. the G5 sucks big time,wish i had saved me money,and as for the weights that come with it ... WTF is that all about !!

ive used this mouse for over 5 years now. including the earlier version of it. by far the best mouse on the planet. not the highest dpi but the most conformable and no lag time at all

Why don't you ever try Steelseries gear or Razer? Im using the Razer copperhead mouse, and it's awesome, aswell as the Steelseries WoW mouse lol :)

I used to use a logitech G7 the wireless one, but changing the batteries started to piss me off XD But your right tho the logitech mouse is more comfortable on the sides then the razore, my hand hangs of the side of it XD

You should have gotten the G5. I actually sold my G7 and got the G5 afterward. Much better thanks to the better connection and no annoying batteries.

yeah, I had both, I can say I liked the corded version better, but I needed a cordless when I was using my bed to watch movies. This was pre- chase computer chair.
