Just to let you guys know mr sub and subway use different meat in there cold cut subs..

First of all it's CHOLESTEROL* and there arnt mr subs in the u.s.

Subway has way more cholesterol, fat, sugar, salt and calories. Subway's veggies's arn't as good as mr. Sub. There vegetables arn't fresh at all. I have worked at both mr. Sub & subway. Mr sub is way better.

Subway is better in Canada.. only because Mr sub put's WAY to much stuff on it and they don't ask you how much you want it and they also don't listen, and plus their ingredience are gross.. and I ALWAYS find hair in my Sub when I order from Mr sub.. and btw Subway is healthier.. especially for clesteroll.. yes it's exspensive but it's BETTER.. so yeah Subway wins in Canada.. I would try Mr sub if I ever went to the states. but also QUIZNO'S ROCKS! :D

Mr Sub OWNS Subway! As an assorted sub fan, I prefer the cold cut meats actually cold (Mr Sub) as apposed to room temp (Subway). Plus Mr Sub's sub sauce rules!

everyone should enjoy mr.sub better especally if your canadian i do agree that yes there are some departments that they are worse and better in for example the decor of the stores are probably better at subway but u go there to eat anyways and its lot cheaper at mr.sub. Additionally mr.sub is a canadian company meanwhile quizinos and subway is american though mr.sub has no offical spokesman like don cherry or jerrad u go there to eat no to stare

and our pizza sub uses pizza sauce not meatball like subway!,, altho they have pepperion.. but our salami is awesome! most mr.sub location have mroe topping too, ours has pinapple (rlly good on chicken!) mushrooms and jalapanos

my parents have owned a mr.sub for years, ive eaten at both altho. mr.sub's bread is fresher cause its kept in bags not in a cabnent, the bread is cut all the way so its not all stuck at one sidem if u dont like a certian type of meat they will substitute something else, subway will not. as far as subs go there is WAYYY more selection including breaded chicken!! lousiana chicken (like fajita chicken) spicy shicken,

Both Mr.Sub and Subway are fantastic, although lately I think I prefer Mr.Sub because red and black are great colors, paper is biodegradable, and the Spicey Chicken with feta, double ranch and buffalo sauce is gooooood. Pizza subs are yummy too and the girls always have big tits too. ;p
