Not quite. Hissatsu translates to "Killing Blow" (or something to that effect). Chou Hissatsu would be what loosely translates to "Certain killing blow"
a generic term which can be interpreted as "sure kill finisher" or "final blow killing strike" or pretty much whatever crazy phrase you want to make out of it
Well it is pretty damn good considering it's only his second best attack. A really pumped Jinrai would do damage way past that. Also, no regular grunts (not counting grunt-piloted battleships or things that used to be bosses) would indeed survive.

He makes a guest appearance in OG Gaiden...I think it's a safe bet the Dynamic Lighting Over will finally make its appearance in OG3.

story finisher attack, if you kill the boss following the way it was supposed to be done, then the boss will die, no matter how much hp it has.

daitarn69 5 years ago
that was probably part of the story meaning that was supposed to happen.

Couldn't be, the damage wasn't a lean power of ten. Damage like that only occurs when you actually attack an enemy.
theguyinthecorner 4 years ago
Sure is; nothing could possibly survive THAT attack that results in 37236 damage points.
