correction I just did it 2 minutes ago with an SVD in the beginning to drop him (very accurate, little recoil, powerful) and ran over to him and shot him a couple times with the good 'ol grenade launcher :)

Tried it. The bars in front of Dalton absorb much of the explosion. I unloaded 3 rockets (which take a long time to reload) and it didn't drop him.

Dude, dunt use rockets, they have no effect on him, use the weapons as deescribed in the video and use a tough second player with u to win him.. Good Luck Peace

Whoever programmed the map pack was a moron.

My brother and I beat the game in Professional, then tried to beat the Veteran Map Pack on Recruit (so we could get this achievement).

For some reason, the map pack says it is being run in Recruit, but I swear it is in Professional. Even the first two guards we come across nearly kill us, and fighting Dalton is not possible with the shotgun guards constantly respawning after Dalton drops to the ground.

The second game needs to be better.

This is really simple. Just grab a friend, equip a maxed out PKM, and get to Dalton in mission 8. Once the cutscene ends, unload on him until he falls down to the floor. Once this is done, just run over to him and shoot him in the face 'til he dies. It took me two tries. Make sure you are on "recruit" difficulty as well.

Makesure u dont time the video that comes after dalton jumps down...

Easier way is to take him down in 13secs..

when he is on the ground finish him off in 20 secs..

the video last for a 6 secs..

this achievement is hard as hell if you don't have somebody to help you out.(as in somebody who can actually aim) but yeah he did this on recruit because i have already beaten this on professional difficulty and he would have been dead in a manner of seconds on that difficulty thanks to the random enemies walking around. not to mention dalton seems way stronger on professional. took me a while but i was using the ai. i still need to get this achievement. just have to find somebody to do it.

Yeah dude the best thing is to play on Recruit and use a help of bro or friend..

Keep a Gd aim on his balls and head..

Do not lose your aim..

Make sure to use a timer..

40 secs time limit 4 achivment..

Make sure to get him down to ground floor in 13secs..

Also remeber time still couts when the vid comes whenever he falls down to the ground..

Nice Work, I'm struggling to do this because when I load my checkpoint I have 100Ak Bullets and 100 .44 ammo. So I'm guna have to Start mission 8 again because it takes 80-90 Ak Bullets to bring him down yourself and then the extra 10 don't take anything off :S:S
