What is the difference between the first 3 squats? The Bodyweight, Y, and Prisoner squats just look like different arm positions. How does that excercise the legs differently?
Prisoner squat and Y squat work your upper back muscles in addition to your legs (not the case with the standard bodyweight squat). Y squat and personal squat are very similar, but Y squat is slightly more advanced as it's more difficult to maintain the Y arm position while performing a squat.
What I like about Mike is that he demos and keeps it short. This was the perfect workout video - lots of exercises, clear demo, short time. Thanks, Mike.

Additionally while holding your arms over head on that Y Squat your shoulders are going to feel it.
