Just to let all of you know.... One medium sub from quiznos on average has about 1500 mgs of sodium, which is the average amount of sodium a man consumes in one day... Don't even look at the nutrition facts on the larges-- They're horrible.

Depends on what kind of meat, it's actually the sauces that have more of the fat calories in them, you'd be surprised, plus filter in cheese. Veggie subs aren't much better at all really because gaucomole maybe high in fibre but it is kind of high in fat, also the red wine sauce is pretty have on saturated fats too. The best sub healthwise is the bourbon chicken actually. But it's not part of the 5$ deal. lol.
