@juliaheartz - i had a ps3 and it fucking broke, sony demanded a 150 $ for there fault. with a decked out pc, you can have better graphics, better controls, and you can do so much more with a computer than any console. PC games are cheaper, and steam is really great.
And put up with 5 year old tech. ps3 runs a 7800gt GPU. The X-box 360 runs a similar spec custom ATI chip. You dont HAVE to mess around with the settings if you dont want to, but it behooves the PC gamer to do so to get the most out of the experience. Part of what makes a person choose PC over a console is precisely the reason noobs like you pick a console over what is a far superior and infinately more customisable and upgradeable platform.

Try playing a game made only for PC and another one made for PC and consoles. You'll notice the difference.
@Flegmatica they don't like new and different. The games that have been coming out of Eastern Europe in the last 4 years have been incredibly creative and different/terrifying.
This game reminds me of Stalker shadow of Chernoby. People gave it a absolute ass kicking because it was made in Ukraine and had bad voiceovers and text bugs. Take a look 3 years later its almost a cult classic. I have a good feeling this game is on the same level being made in ukraine also you would expect companies to use similar technologies. I dont understand why people compareing rpg with fps, they are two different genres of gameplay.
I think they could have done much better with this game if they had made it a free roam world like GTA, but incorporated a first person shooter element like Borderlands.
I am really enjoying this so far but i ham having as much fun just taking in enviroments as i am shooting mole mutant thingies. A VERY very good game but i would reccomend Rental because its VERY linear and probably not ver good for replaying. Best game of the year so far for me.

The game was created on the pc platform, and then ported to the xbox, thats why if you turn your settings down to DX9 and everything to low, the pc will look nearly identical to the xbox. The xbox barely gets between 15-35 fps. If you have a MEDIUM end pc you could easily get between 40-60 on the same settings. In the hundreds if you have top of line!

@friedrice60 I prefer console versions. The only thing PC has over the 360 versions is better quality graphics upscall. The 360 GPU is very strong by the way not as strong as a PC though but Metro 2033 still looks beautiful on a 60inch Samsung in 1080p HDMI. No framrate drops neither no lag runs very smoothly on the 360.

This game reminds me of Stalker shadow of Chernoby. People gave it a absolute ass kicking because it was made in Ukraine and had bad voiceovers and text bugs. Take a look 3 years later its almost a cult classic. I have a good feeling this game is on the same level being made in ukraine also you would expect companies to use similar technologies. I dont understand why people compareing rpg with fps, they are two different genres of gameplay.

I am really enjoying this so far but i ham having as much fun just taking in enviroments as i am shooting mole mutant thingies. A VERY very good game but i would reccomend Rental because its VERY linear and probably not ver good for replaying. Best game of the year so far for me.

@xLilCuzzo420x To completely demolish you in your last statement, Metro 2033 plays and looks MUCH better on the pc you twit. The game was created on the pc platform, and then ported to the xbox, thats why if you turn your settings down to DX9 and everything to low, the pc will look nearly identical to the xbox. The xbox barely gets between 15-35 fps. If you have a MEDIUM end pc you could easily get between 40-60 on the same settings. In the hundreds if you have top of line!

The 360 GPU is very strong by the way not as strong as a PC though but Metro 2033 still looks beautiful on a 60inch Samsung in 1080p HDMI. No framrate drops neither no lag runs very smoothly on the 360.

Counter Strike 1.6 is exclusive all those games were made exclusive for the PC. You seem to believe that PC is part of the console race, it's not it's been around hell of a lot longer.
I can say that no game on the PS3 or XBOX 360 is exclusive they can all be emulated and run on a PC..
The STALKER series, All battlefield games excluding BC2, (the Good) Sims games, Warcraft, Starcraft, trackmania, red alert, C&C, Gothic, Diablo, Total war Series. wii sucks get over it.

PC is teh best cause u can upgrade ur graphics, by games online of things like steam, and get some really cool pc exclusives. and if uve also got an xbox u can login on ur pc with ur xbox id and gamertag

I use a gamecube controller to play my games on the Wii 90% of the games are gamecube controller compatible buddy. IT's for the hardcore gamers

I like Nintendo PC gaming was poppin back in the day but as soon as Halo CE came out and really made FPS games work on consoles. Thats when all ur exclusives came to consoles. PC gaming was about FPS games mostly. Nintendo has way more exclusives than the PC 360 has more PS3 has more FACT.
