One kid is wearing a blue shirt, the first store they go into is spencers....They were telling them which ones to go into, then made them go up and down stairs over and over again. Jon and Kate is more interesting because you don't see Asian-Caucasian children very often. An Asian man with a white woman is an even rarer occurrence. There was one episode where everyone was arguing about who was Asian in the house. I guess people are more interested in them because they're unique (maybe even one of a kind). They look very different from what we envision an American family to be. It's also interesting to see what their kids will look like when they grow up.

the reason that everyone is upset over the octomom was the fact that she already had six children at home, little to no support system to help her, and that she already living off the government.

It really has little to do with the fact that she decided to keep all eight children, and more to do with the fact that SHE is not providing for them. She is living off food stamps and whatnot. This is not the case for the Duggars and Gossleins.
