I think its hilarious the way female commentator says gymnast. I think Hong Un Jong or whatever wasn't ready for these vaults or the olympics really judging by this video only.

she barely ever sticks her vaults. thank god she's powerful, or she'd have nothing. she got lucky at the vault finals, i don't think she's ever done that well before, or could ever again. and her finals weren't even that great.

I agree, she should perfect the amanar before she trains the triple twist. But the CoP is all about difficulty. I guess doing a triple twist is more important than doing a perfect amanar.
