I remember as a teen going to see this movie over and over and over, i loved the movie for the movie itself, but also the locations, so beautiful..i wanted so badly to go to that particular island...

i think the location is Nanuya Levu , Fiji Islands..i think at the time of the Blue Lagoon filming it was just some unihabited island if i am not mistaken (possible), but now I think the island is owned by some rich dude who turned it into a resort of sorts..not positive but pretty sure..

wait that dosent make sense. Atkins is definitly ot 5'6 in this movie, which imdb says he is. Hes got to be at least 5'10. And theres some shots without trenches or heels when He looks obviously taller. hm. i sound like a dork.
