Different version......what album?...CD?...is this from??.....Interesting to hear the similarities and differences from the classic Made in Japan version.
"Made in Japan" is really one of the very best album. But: This "The mule" is not from the the original album "Made in Japan"!! At many small places it´s not the same!

Absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the greatest if not the greatest drum solos in the history of rock. There are four reasons why I play drums: Buddy Rich, Ginger Baker, John Bonham, and Ian Paice. And Deep Purple is a highly underrated band.
meme la pochette dans le graphisme ne correspond pas à la pochette originale !!DONC CELA N'EST PAS LA VERSION "MADE IN JAPAN" Que je possède..ICI C'EST DE LA COPIE !!!!!
Can someone please post the studio recording? Instead of drums it has blackmore using volume nob doing spacy peacefull shit. Thats the reason for looking it up..Cant find it anywhere, just the same trendy shit. Ian paice does shread".. Purple didnt play lil parts live.Child in time first solo isnt even attempted, "fucks it all up for me.
@grahamellis1 for us dummers this solo and jon bonham`s solo in moby dick are like the bible!!!!! one of the greatest, and him as bonham, set the bar for all the up comming generations
Just put a 30 second clip of some stupid fucking talentless rap shit and it'll intantly get like 500,000,000,000 views because all they listen to is shit. you really know what your talking about.
@ironledtallicafloyd9 I listen hip hop and I like it. Here in Spain is different from hip hop, rappers do not talk about girls money and cars. But I also like rock so I'm listening to this song. Long live hip hop and rock. Im sorry if there is any misspelling =)
Ian Paice is a demon on the drums!!
