  • Bro, this is amazing. I would love to know where to download this from.....?

  • @Tool19781 here. use video2mp3. net

  • @tzDub92 thanks bro

  • the same year i was born, wish i had been born earlier

  • One of my favorites off this recording, I'm still in awe that the scream came out so perfect live!

  • it is very hq

  • Wow, great audio!

  • great audio, nice quality :)

  • considering this is one of my favorite songs of theirs, this early audio is pretty much one of the most beautiful things ive ever heard

  • @rmunoz44 Indeed sir! It's a toss up, obviously, with a band that captures such passion and other extravagant and eloquent words inserted here... but 4 degrees really displays a broad spectrum of their creative juices... and this version only exemplifies that.

  • To bad I was only 6 at the time.

  • You were only 6! I wasn't even born then! Shit! lol

  • @raisinsandpeanuts oh shit!

  • 1:19 and 1:28 are points where it does sound like Maynard. Though they are hard to hear, they are very distinctly maynards screams if you listen close.

  • lol Listen to Adam's solo. That's awesome. To hear your idol mess up makes you feel like it can be within your reach, as well.

  • @TriadOrder He Messes Up At The Begginning Of The Undertow One As Well!

  • Old maynard kicks ass..

  • Well at least its not children of the anachronistic dynasty. Hah.

  • If you love tool ike me you know that this is definitley young Maynard.

  • It's hard to tell on this one. His voice sounds different but then again it could be the mic settings. Like if you listen to the nuances in the voice you can really tell Maynard and impostors. Listening to C.A.D. you can still hear that it's Maynard. This one sounds odd to be him. If this really is him he had a bad night. He sounds strained on the vocals and the accent is off.

  • I'm forgetting that he was much younger and his voice wasn't as trained. This very well could be accurate after hearing more of this set.

  • yeah, listen to all of it and you can tell. Parts where he talks out of song give it away

  • For the first time that I hear I could really say its Maynard, the problem with the vocals is normal, the voice is as trained as playing guitar and that stuff, but he just don't do the sharp voice too well, If you notice in the present days he can really pull it off at real great power, like in Jambi

  • @Migh3l You think Maynard got better post Lateralus?

  • @LystfiskerK I think he got better every year, the often you train your vocals, the better they became, and that's the reason. He on his first albums of CAD and that stuff, he didn't do sharps or grunts, even on Opiate and Undertow the difference is significant, you notice a different path with AEnima and Lateralus, since he know that he doesn't have a powerfull voice, he had to train a lot to be on the level of today, and what a progress that was.

  • not only is that maynard for sure...that is definatley adam jones...that is also definatley danny carey...you can tell without a doubt....

  • great song

  • im gettin up
