@grunkurs Any good looking theme slows down a pc, that's why you get best performance on a windows 7 pc when you take aero off.

It works on any XP desktop. The app itself uses memory because of the transparency in the skin but you only use the app to apply or change the theme. Once you do you close it the memory usage is super low. Here's how low:
MEM Usage: 2,364 K. So about 2 MB :-)
VM Size: 684 K
