Actually, this one sold for around $740k and was located right next to Rock Mountain elementary....small neighborhood. Most of these houses move once they are priced right. We tend to focus on East Cobb because we have so many clients wanting to be here for the schools. You won't see something like this go for $500 in east cobb....you should check out #2512010 for a total STEAL! We have a jumbo lender who is doing 10% down with 700 credit

Great house but for $700K I wouldn't want to deal with the east cobb traffic. I live in the Vinings and I'm greatful that I don't have access 75....its a nightmare! Does anyone know what subdivision this house is in? Though not everyone works in the city so 600-700K is a good deal but you could probably steal it for somewhere in the mid 5's with 20-30% down....
