Actually, Maher is a realistic, intelligent, and rational human being. He's rational enough to discredit the fairy tale joke we call "religion", he's not stupid enough to buy into "SOCIALISM = EVIL, CAPITALISM = GOOD", he knows that all modern countries are hybrids of both systems.
