I don't think you should speak on behalf of the people of France, let alone so poorly. I suppose you voted for Sarkozy as well. Obama is nothing different than McCain, just different rhetoric. He wants more war, more corporate socialism, and more blind support for a militant Israel.
BrotherOfJerry are you intentionally been so simplistic? I will assume you are bright, so I think if you sat down and talked to Obama about what he's been fighting for all his life you would find it harder to ignore what he stands for. He wants America to succeed and he cares about others outside of America. (Some people will always disagree him)
Obama will bring back a government of the people, by the people, and FOR the people. He will bring honesty and inegrity back to the white house. But he needs our support to do so!! one wish to all americans.
Please take care of this man. I think he is the last hope for the peace and good things on our world.

Wisconsin, please research the candidates. I was a Barack fan until I realized he is just another "politics as usual" Chicago style. I was disappointed, but tried to support him on the issues until I came to another realization that he is just a second rate copy cat of Hillary. He may be good in 2016, but in 2008, I will vote Hillary all the way!
I agree with your first statement, research the candidates before you vote. I disagree with your accusations of "politics as usual". Its politics as usual to tear down your opponent instead of building up the case for yourself. Plus they're both mainstream democrats and are going to have similar policies. I didn't support Obama until recently after researching both candidates background and story. I think everyone should look at the candidates life experience that to me made the choice clear.
I'm not convinced they will have similar policies. Ask Will County Illinois how they feel after he sold them (and the environment) out to favor Exelon, one of his major campaign contributors at the time. Rhetoric is easy, but I make my choices on actions or lack of in the case of Obama. Again, this has been a hard decision for me, but he just hasn't convinced me that he is what he says he is.
THUMBS DOWN! While you might have stated and articulated your point in a well-mannered fashion, and though I have no clue what you are talking about, I have to give you a negative rating because 1) it doesn't support my candidate 100% positively 2) all of the corporate owned news organizations I listen to haven't spoken a word of this. Clearly since you are not 100% in favor of Obama's presidency you must be a racist, greedy Republican voting for the purely criminally evil McCain.
This is progress. This is a nation that is embracing everyone. This is the hope that I have for my son, who is only 3 months old but I can look in the eye and say this is America. And you can be whoever you want to be, irregardless of race. This man make me once again proud to be an American.
Does anyone know the title of Obama's entrance music?

I should have included some shots of the crowd pre-obama doing the wave so you could get a sense of the 20,000 people in the arena.
