i agree with you that uploading videos about games is infringement, but they really dont care. things like video game reviews, that kinda stuff helps the game, and the company who published/created it. but minecraft is a different story. notch specifically stated in the terms of use that he doesnt care what you do with it. besides distribute it illigally. so you can do anything with it, and he enjoys watching that kind of stuff i would think too. other game companies probably like the gameplay.

As it stand right now I do not know the specifics of the proposed bill, but Internet regulation will have to come in some form as it becomes a more mainstream and integral part of our lives. Simply because the medium is new does not mean that societal harm can occur without some oversight.

Nice commentary. The internet has changed our world forever. Old industries are being replaced with updated technology and ideals. These companies are fearing they will go out of business or have to rebrand themselves because their public has found other means to satisfy their needs. Why sit on the couch in front of the TV when I can share and communicate my own opinions with the rest of the world. Some companies that INVEST in government are fearing they are not as relevant as they used to be.

@YoungBlood0893 Concealed carry is actually legal in NY but you need both a pistol permit and another license for concealed carry on top of it, but they're typically just the same license with indications that the carrier has the green light for concealed carry. Unfortunately, some cities make it extremely difficult to obtain said license.
