no this is not the case. its done on purpose it took me so long to get the dev's to admit it. but they did it intentionally. so we have heaps of out of the box warriors. cause old doders would just dominate if sorted,it denies your bullet and says NO sorry u have a hex 1 in 6 so really negates even aiming really u get same result. just any side of your hex on the pixel and your either in or not. so yeah GG valve making pro's look like shit. and noobs say. get some aim. LOL

I actually saw that you did hit him. But the problem was that the shot didn't kill him, it could of gotten him down to 10% of health left. It happens alot.
