yo @wantswii can you help me with a problem? i didnt touch my mpd26 for about a week and a half and then i went to make a beat and it appears to be broken. the LED screen light doesnt come on, although it is dark. i can see that it says "LIVE" on it. the tap tempo light flashes, but my computer does not recognize it. you have any idea whats wrong with it or what i could do to potentially fix it? i would highly appreciate if you replied. thanks, dude.

What different hi-hats are you using? I seen people do that, are they different hi-hats or eq'd differently. I usually use one, sometimes I'll pan it and change velocity on some of them. Dope beat though

Nice beat, but I listened to the full version from the link, and all samples have an annoying "crackling" sound at the end (also can be heard in the video. I would smooth the samples a bit with some filters, it would sound much nicer especially on good quality speakers or headphones.

No. You only "need" one DAW for your setup. 2 computers is a preference, not a necessity.
