Over the rest of the US cops are being laid off because theres not enough to pay them,yet the NYPD gets the entire "donation" of 100 mil. Thats looks like protection money to me

Just remember something very simple. The ones fighting against big government and the ones who fight for more social programs are on the same side. The way to stay above it all is to simply follow the money. Who stands to gain the most from civil unrest?
